77 at The BoTree

77 sits two floors below The BoTree in Marylebone, with its own street entrance on Welbeck Street. It opened in September 2025 as the hotel's club and event space, under a team whose past rooms include Tao Group, KOKO and Tramp. On club nights it books international DJs and encourages them to play extended sets.

The Amsterdam studio Concrete designed it inside a double-height basement of 402 square metres. In place of a conventional balcony there is an asymmetric mezzanine, so the sightlines change as you move, and a sculptural staircase joins the two levels. VIP tables sit on both floors. Gold and silver LED lines follow the curved walls and pulse with the music, and a full-height video screen rises behind the raised DJ booth at the centre of the dancefloor.

For private hire the whole club takes 500 standing. The floors also hire separately: the lower floor holds 350 and the mezzanine 150. Each level has its own bar, the Welbeck Street entrance can be branded for the night, and the screens can carry an event's own visuals for a launch, a fashion show or a seated dinner. A green room alongside serves as a performers' dressing room.
