/ About
12 Hay Hill is a six-storey private members' club on the corner of Berkeley Square, built around business but run with the service and design of a luxury club. Across its floors sit a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a top-floor lounge, alongside a set of smaller dining and meeting rooms. The event spaces are hireable by non-members, which makes the building unusually open for a club of its kind.
The headline space for a music-led evening is the fourth-floor Lounge: floor-to-ceiling windows over Mayfair and Berkeley Square, its own bar, retractable walls and a portable DJ booth, with room for 150 standing. The Bar occupies a former bank vault one floor down, marble-arched and opening onto a private terrace, seating 56 and taking up to 100 standing. The ground-floor restaurant scales to 200 for a reception.
Smaller rooms cover the more intimate end of the building. The Library Rooms work for dinners and presentations, two circular Round Rooms host round-table dinners (one set in a bay window over Berkeley Street), and a mezzanine above the restaurant takes standing drinks for 30. Each space comes with a dedicated events team, and all of them can be booked by non-members through the events office.
