/ About
1 Warwick occupies a Neo-Baroque mansion on the corner of Warwick and Brewer Streets, the kind of grand Soho building most people walk past without realising what sits inside. Maslow's took the 1910 townhouse and turned it into a members' house spread across six floors, mixing design-led workspaces and a gym with lounges, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. The look leans into the building's bones: panelled walls, period proportions and bold contemporary art and lighting layered over them.
The social heart sits on the first floor, where the Living Room runs as a member's bar and lounge alongside the Library and the adjoining Drawing Room. The Library is the room built for music, with its own bar, plush sofas and a discreet sound system, and it opens through to the Drawing Room and a terrace so the whole floor can flow together for a party. Two floors up, Yasmin is the rooftop restaurant and bar, a Middle Eastern kitchen under a retractable roof with a heated open-air West Terrace looking over the Soho skyline. At street level, Nessa serves modern British cooking and is open to the public from breakfast to late.
For private events the house is unusually flexible, and the events team will hire spaces individually or in combination without requiring membership. The Library, Drawing Room and Living Room together take up to 150 standing; Yasmin can be booked exclusively for 100; and a clutch of smaller studies handle boardroom dinners and meetings. The first-floor lounges, with their bar, sound system and connecting terrace, make the most natural setting for an intimate evening with a DJ once the floor is cleared.
