The Paris-born producer who keeps his face out of frame, and whose “Fading” and “VHS RAVE” made him one of house music’s fastest-rising names, headlined KOKO.
Swimming Paul, the French house producer who has played Coachella and Tomorrowland, headlined the Theatre at KOKO in Camden on Friday 9 October 2026.
From Paris, he began making music while living in London, in the city’s electronic scene. He released his first tracks in spring 2023, and within weeks the leading dance shows on national radio took up his second single, “Fading”.
He has kept himself out of frame from the start, with no name and almost no face attached to the project. The records carry the identity: pulsing house set against vocals about memory and longing.
He released music every four to six weeks through 2023 and 2024, then gathered the run into a debut album, Smiling Through The Pain, in June 2024. “VHS RAVE”, made with Tiësto that September, took him to a far larger audience.
KOKO gave him the Theatre for a full night, the scale of the shows he has sold out around the world. It followed a set at fabric in September 2025.
The night brought “Fading” and “Different Time” back to the city where the project began.
