The Belgian duo behind Magnifik Music, whose blend of Afro house and melodic techno caught Keinemusik early, play Outernet Live from open to close.
Samm and Ajna, the Belgian duo behind the Magnifik Music label, play an all-night set at Outernet Live in the West End on Friday 11 December 2026.
The two met during the pandemic, when back-to-back sets played for fun became a friendship and then a studio partnership. Samm started DJing at 16 and producing soon after. Ajna built his reputation on soulful, melodic Afro house that drew support from Solomun and Black Coffee.
When label shopping proved slow, they founded Magnifik Music in 2022. Its first record arrived early in 2023, and “Does It Matter” and its remix brought the attention of Keinemusik and took the pair well beyond Belgium.
“Ah Ya Albi” has joined it, and their collaborations have passed millions of streams. Magnifik grew from hometown parties into stage hostings at major festivals, with a sound that sets Afro house against the long build of melodic techno.
Their London debut, at Village Underground last year, sold out. Since then Samm has played Adriatique’s party on the Thames and Ajna has played Mahmut Orhan’s street party. The format gives them the room and its sound from the first record to the last.
