The Casablanca-born producer behind the Anchor Point EP and Deep House Bible headlines the second night of KOKO’s Halloween weekend with afro and melodic house.
Ahmed Spins, the Casablanca-born producer whose Anchor Point EP has passed 100 million streams, headlines the second night of KOKO’s Halloween weekend in Camden on Saturday 31 October 2026.
He played piano, guitar and drums as a child and found dance music as a teenager. He began producing while studying in Boston, drawn to the work of Flume and Rampa. His voice came from a fusion of afro house and deep house, since widened to take in disco and organic house.
The EP came out on MoBlack Records. Now based in Miami, he has played Coachella, Circoloco and Voodoo Village, and shared bills with Black Coffee, Peggy Gou and Michael Bibi.
He also runs Deep House Bible, a platform and party series for house music from emerging countries. It has staged nights from Costa Rica and New York to St Tropez, Paris and Egypt.
KOKO dresses its Victorian Theatre for Halloween with smoke, shadow and decor to match. Ahmed Spins plays the whole night as the weekend’s second headliner, a day after Arodes and Marten Lou open it.
