Phillips opens the Frieze-week evening sales at five on Thursday 15 October 2026 at 30 Berkeley Square, two hours before Sotheby’s takes its own on New Bond Street. The sale is led by Gerhard Richter’s Mathis and Megan Rooney’s Blue departure, a pairing that sets a post-war name against a painter in her forties and describes the room Phillips is after. Viewing opens on Thursday 8 October and runs the full week, ten until six on weekdays and Saturday, noon until six on the Sunday. Priority bids close at five on Tuesday 13 October, two days before the sale. Berkeley Square holds both this and PAD in the same week, and the pavilion is on the lawn outside the door.
