PAWSA, the London tech house producer and Solid Grooves co-founder, played a sold-out Alexandra Palace debut that closed the Great Hall’s February.
PAWSA, the London tech house producer, headlined the Great Hall at Alexandra Palace in Wood Green on Saturday 28 February 2026, a sold-out debut.
Born David Esekhile in London in 1992, he began releasing music in 2014 with the Pilot EP on Lost Records. A year earlier he had met the producer Michael Bibi at a warehouse party in the city.
In 2015 the two founded Solid Grooves, the label and party series that helped define the capital’s tech house scene. He started his own imprint, PAWZ, in 2017, and with Dennis Cruz he records as GOLFOS.
His breakthrough came in 2024, when “Pick Up the Phone”, built on a looped Nate Dogg vocal, reached the UK Top 50. His rework of “Dirty Cash (Money Talks)” peaked at number three on the UK Dance chart. He also took over the Essential Mix.
He headlined Gunnersbury Park in the summer of 2025, and the Great Hall was the next step up in London. His night closed a month of dance nights there led by Solomun, Fatboy Slim and Fred again.. The venue billed him for a set that ran all night from early evening.
