The Spanish DJ who fused psytrance and techno into a sound of her own curates a full day at The Cause, with Lee Ann Roberts and Estella Boersma on her bill.
Indira Paganotto, the Spanish DJ known as PSYMAMA, curates a full day of psy-techno at The Cause in Canning Town on Saturday 17 October 2026. Lee Ann Roberts and Estella Boersma join her bill.
Paganotto was born in Las Palmas in the Canary Islands in 1992 and grew up in Madrid, the daughter of a DJ, and found her own talent at sixteen. Her sets fold the 1990s, psytrance and underground techno into one line.
Her Lions of God EP appeared on KNTXT, Charlotte de Witte’s label. In 2022 she founded her own imprint, Artcore.
She entered the best-known annual poll of the world’s DJs at 97 in 2023 and reached 49 a year later. She has played Tomorrowland, Awakenings and Amnesia Ibiza. In 2024 she released “Mantra” with Joseph Capriati and “Dragon” with Armin van Buuren.
The day follows her sold-out London show at Horizon 22, 58 floors above the City. At The Cause she chose the line-up herself, on a single dancefloor from the afternoon into the evening.
Lee Ann Roberts is a South African-born techno DJ based in Amsterdam. Estella Boersma is a Dutch producer, and Antonio De Angelis is a London-based Italian.
