Dom Dolla, the Australian tech house producer with a Grammy nomination, made his debut at Alexandra Palace in Wood Green on Friday 3 October 2025.
Dominic Matheson was born in Manila in 1992 to Australian parents and raised in Darwin. He moved to Melbourne as a teenager and discovered house and electronic music there. He began a course in typography and logo design, and left it when his manager persuaded him to make music full time.
His first single, “The Boxer”, appeared in 2013. By March 2025 he had taken eleven singles to number one on the ARIA Club Chart. “San Frandisco” won the ARIA Award for Best Dance Release in 2020, and “New Gold”, with Gorillaz, Tame Impala and Bootie Brown, brought the Grammy nomination in 2024.
He sold out Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado and Forest Hills Stadium in New York.
The London date followed sold-out nights at Drumsheds and a summer residency at Hï Ibiza. He played the Great Hall, a room that holds around ten thousand. That December he played Allianz Stadium in Sydney to 40,000, the first electronic act to headline an Australian stadium show.
Lulah Franks and ATRIP played before him.
