Ahadadream, the London DJ whose records turn up in sets by Four Tet, Peggy Gou and Skrillex, headlines Electric Brixton on Friday 27 November 2026.

Ahad Elley moved from Karachi to Britain at 12, and he traces his feel for rhythm to the dhol drums at family weddings. He found club culture as a chemistry student, through grime raves and UK funky. That led him on to South African gqom, Brazilian baile funk and Angolan kuduro.

For a decade he held corporate jobs while building a parallel life in music. In 2017 he co-founded the label More Time, and he ran the club night No ID. He also co-founded Dialled In, a platform for South Asian artists that began as a London festival.

His drum-led productions draw on the UK, on Pakistan and on the African diaspora. Skrillex urged him in 2023 to leave his job for music, and Rosalía has backed his edits.

The Brixton night is a headline show of his own, weeks after the release of his debut album, P★KI. Its title reclaims a slur once used against him.
