Wagyu Yakiniku USHIO

USHIO is a wagyu yakiniku restaurant from Fukuoka, trading at 12 Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia since July 2026. It serves A5 Japanese wagyu from the lean end of the grade, known as akami, as an omakase cooked at the counter, with pairings of sake, wine or both.

For a private party the basement takes up to 14 guests. The whole restaurant can be taken on any evening it opens, which USHIO suggests for groups of 15 or more, with the omakase and its sake pairing or a menu set for the group.
