Tramp Health

The Jermyn Street nightclub has traded since 1969. In April 2026 its owner, Luca Maggiora, opened a 16,000 sq ft health and longevity club a mile north at 30 Grosvenor Square, in the former American embassy that now also holds The Chancery Rosewood. The two share a building and little else. This one opens at seven in the morning.

The ground floor is the part that works as hospitality. A wellness café runs menus overseen by the nutritional therapist Eve Kalinik with head chef Marco Sanna, and a street-facing terrace holds eighty onto Upper Grosvenor Street. The rest of the club is given over to a 3,000 sq ft gym, a Pilates studio, HIIT studios, a twenty-person sauna and a fifteen-person steam room, cold plunges, and rooms for diagnostics, hyperbaric oxygen and recovery.

Membership is vetted and capped at 1,200, and the club publishes no event packages, so hire is by arrangement rather than off a product list. What recommends it for a private occasion is the terrace and the café at daylight hours, at a Mayfair address that until recently was an embassy.
