A 745 sqm Victorian warehouse off Brick Lane, converted in 2025 into what its founders call a social wellness club: a circular sauna at the centre of it, a plant-based kitchen, and an alcohol-free bar that stays open through the evening. The building keeps its bones. Exposed brick, steel columns and cork floors run through every room, lit in deep pink and amber rather than the pale wood-and-white of the usual spa.

Three of its five rooms hire out, together or singly. Soul is the large one, a double-height warehouse space with an integrated sound system and a DJ setup, used for live performance, supper clubs and launches. The Movement Studio, on the mezzanine, is the quieter room, taken for ceremonies, workshops and sound baths. The Sensorium is the spa proper: two rooms built around fire and ice, a forty-person circular sauna under a backlit salt disc, cold tubs and 360-degree audio. Every booking carries the rest of the house with it, the café, the co-working floor and the elixir bar included.

For a private event the appeal is the thing it does not serve. Palm Greens caters in-house and the drinks list is entirely alcohol-free, which makes this one of the few rooms in London built for a party that runs on something other than a bar tab. The house runs its own sauna raves, so the format is proven rather than theoretical.
