/ About
The Method began as a single studio on Westbourne Grove, now the reformer room Studio R, and in 2026 opened what it calls The Club further along the same street: its London flagship, and the point at which the business stopped being a studio group. Three studios sit alongside The Lab, a recovery floor with treatment rooms, a sauna and cold plunges, and a members' lounge designed for working, meeting and events.
The classes are the draw and the programming is unusually specific: step cardio built on a playlist, choreography-led dance, a mobility and recovery class drawing on yoga, Pilates and animal flow, and strength work with dumbbells and kettlebells. The tone is west London rather than Mayfair, and it is closer to a neighbourhood clubhouse than a longevity clinic.
An outpost of the Mayfair restaurant Nathalie occupies the ground floor, serving through the day with pavement seating on Westbourne Grove. Membership is capped, and the club publishes no hire product, so a private occasion here runs through the house rather than off a rate card.
