The whole hotel taken privately: all 86 bedrooms and suites, Grill, the bars and lounges, every function room, the courtyards and gardens, and a dedicated event manager. The spa, the fitness suite and the Tavern are not part of the buyout. Weekends carry a two-night minimum, and exclusive hire is not offered in school or bank holidays.

The hotel restaurant in the Great Hall, under a 5.7-metre barrel-vaulted ceiling with antler chandeliers, oak panelling and a Minstrels' Gallery. A cocktail bar sits within the room, and the furniture can be removed for banquet tables. It is made private through an exclusive use.
