/ About
The Ledbury has stood at the corner of Ledbury Road and Talbot Road since 2005. Brett Graham closed it in June 2020 and kept it shut for almost two years; it reopened on 8 February 2022 with a rebuilt dining room, and was promoted to a third MICHELIN star in the 2024 guide. It holds three today.
The room is the work of These White Walls, who kept the white tablecloths and changed nearly everything behind them. The panelling is finished in lime paint that dries to a suede-like patina, one wall is clad in tiles of mycelium, and the coffered ceiling is filled with dried flowers. Covers came down from 55 to 45 in the rebuild, making room for a central table that the floor team works from. Much of what is served is grown or reared by the restaurant itself: pigs and deer from Graham's farm, mushrooms from a cabinet in the building.
There is no private dining room here. The Ledbury instead offers the restaurant in full, as an exclusive takeover of all 45 seats, arranged directly with the team, who also cater events off-site.
