The Beaumont Mayfair

The Beaumont opened in 2014 inside a 1926 building originally commissioned as a garage for Selfridges — its Grade II-listed Portland stone facade overlooks Brown Hart Gardens, a few steps from Bond Street. The interiors, designed by Thierry Despont, run from black-and-white marble floors in the lobby to banded cherrywood panelling in the private rooms upstairs, and the whole hotel holds to a transatlantic 1920s register without leaning into pastiche.

Three dedicated private rooms sit just off the main building: the Lotos Room (68 sq m, cherry and walnut panelling, George Hurrell Hollywood portraits, oval table for 18 or round tables for 45), the Sargent Room (69 sq m, ground floor, mahogany and natural daylight, paintings by van Dongen and Sargent, seats 30 for dinner or 50 for a reception), and the Munnings Room (72 sq m, the largest, gold wall coverings, equestrian canvases by Alfred Munnings and George Stubbs, seats 40 for dinner or 60 standing). The Sargent and Munnings rooms connect via a private lobby when combined capacity is needed. All three carry full in-house AV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the hotel's events team manages service throughout.

Rosi, the hotel's main restaurant opened in October 2025, is also available for exclusive hire. Designed around stepped velvet booths and a run of large original murals, it seats the full restaurant for milestone events. The Gatsby Room — bookshelves, a grand piano, leather armchairs — functions as a lounge and all-day dining space, available for exclusive evening hire.
