The newest room on the estate, on Level 5 of the Royal Festival Hall, holding 300 across a lounge-height bar and a private balcony. The view takes in the Thames and the central London skyline. Catering is in-house.

A planted terrace on the roof of the Queen Elizabeth Hall, carrying 200 species of native plants and room for 300 guests beside the river. It has its own bar and kitchen and its own lavatories, and it is hired in morning, afternoon or evening blocks.

A plain-walled room on the Green Side of Level 5 of the Royal Festival Hall, taking 300 standing, 200 on dinner rounds, 180 theatre-style and 40 classroom. It is part of the Royal Festival Hall full-building hire and is also let on its own.

A room on the Green Side of Level 6 of the Royal Festival Hall, roughly 29m by 6m with an 8m by 5m welcome area. It takes 220 standing, 110 on dinner rounds, 150 theatre-style and 60 cabaret. After dark the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye are lit across the water.

The Blue Side counterpart on Level 6, roughly 29m by 6m, with floor-to-ceiling glass, a balcony and an outdoor courtyard. It holds 150 standing, 90 on dinner rounds, 100 theatre-style and 50 cabaret.

The Grade I-listed concert hall that opened with the Festival of Britain in 1951, seating 2,500 in fixed raked rows around a stage 11.25m deep and 20.6m at its widest point. The approach carries one of the largest red-carpet arrival areas in London, which is why the BAFTA ceremonies and the BFI London Film Festival premieres are staged here. Full-building hire adds the Riverside Terrace, the Level 2 foyers including the Clore Ballroom, the Sunley and Foyle Pavilions on Level 3, the Level 4 bars, the Level 5 Function Room, the Seventy5th Balcony Bar, both roof pavilions and the Members' Lounge.

Fixed raked theatre seating for 916 inside the 1967 brutalist hall, with a stage 15m deep and between 13m and 19.5m wide. It is the estate's awards-ceremony and premiere room after the Royal Festival Hall, and the foyer comes with it.

A wood-panelled auditorium inside the Queen Elizabeth Hall building, with fixed raked seating for 295 and a stage 7.9m deep and 12.5m wide. The seat count rises to 365 if the stage is reduced.
