/ About
Side Hustle occupies the ground floor of The NoMad London, in the former police station of the old Bow Street Magistrates' Court. The room leans into that history rather than hiding it: deep green leather booths, dark wood panelling and walls hung salon-style with framed photographs and pop-culture ephemera, lit low by frosted globe pendants and finished in green tilework.
The draw is agave. Behind the long marble counter sits a large selection of tequila and mezcal, poured into seasonally rotating margaritas and an Oaxacan old fashioned, alongside Latin American small plates that run from oysters to smoked chorizo empanadas.
For a private event the bar reads as one characterful room. The booths take reserved groups semi-privately within the working bar, while the whole space can be taken as a buyout, with the hotel's kitchen and events team behind it and a late licence at the weekend. It carries a birthday, a launch or a late celebration comfortably, with the house providing the DJ.
