Sette

Sette is the London home of Scarpetta, the New York Italian dining group, set on the ground floor of the Bvlgari Hotel London with its own entrance on Knightsbridge Green. The dining room reads as a piece of contemporary Manhattan glamour transplanted to SW1: cream and tan leather banquettes, glossy dark wood panelling, mirrored walls and statement pendant lighting over closely set tables. At its centre sits a circular marble bar crowned by a double-tier chandelier of backlit bottles, the social heart of the room and the spot for arrival drinks before a private event.

The kitchen sends out Scarpetta's signature pastas, made fresh daily, alongside the wider Italian menu. For private occasions there are three distinct options. An oval-tabled private dining room on the ground floor seats eighteen in full seclusion, lined with framed photography and lit by a globe chandelier. The main restaurant can be taken exclusively for larger receptions, and downstairs sits Nolita Social, the group's intimate cocktail lounge, where live music and resident DJs run from early-evening drinks into the small hours.

Nolita Social is the space we keep coming back to for music-led nights. Reached by its own door on Knightsbridge Green and bookable for exclusive use seven days a week, it pairs plush velvet seating and a long backlit bar with a programme already built around DJs and live performance, which makes it a natural fit for an intimate set rather than a room that needs converting for one.
