Sabine Holborn is the second London rooftop from Sabine, opening in April 2026 on the tenth floor of NYX Hotel London Holborn on Southampton Row. Its predecessor, overlooking St Paul's Cathedral in the City, established the format: an electronic retractable roof and windows that let the room run open-air in summer and fully enclosed through the colder months, so a booking is never at the mercy of the forecast.
The interior sets coral and terracotta tones against jungle-patterned wall coverings and framed portraiture, with a backlit bar at its centre and rope-woven seating carrying through from the lounge to the terrace. Skyline views stretch south toward the City, taking in the rooftops of Bloomsbury and Holborn in the middle distance.
The whole rooftop is available for exclusive hire, and a roped-off section within it can be booked separately for a smaller group. Sabine Holborn takes corporate gatherings, celebrations and private parties, with its events team reachable directly through the venue.
