Knightsbridge Hotel

Knightsbridge Hotel is Tim and Kit Kemp's townhouse on Beaufort Gardens, a stucco-fronted Victorian terrace two minutes' walk from Harrods. Forty-four rooms and suites carry Kit Kemp's own hand throughout — checks, stripes and antique finds set against calmer walls, with nothing else in the group looking quite like it.

Two ground-floor rooms are available for hire alongside the residents who use them by day. The Drawing Room runs the length of the house from a carved stone fireplace to a garden-facing dining table, its gallery wall of framed dog-shaped handbags and a mounted paper stag's head setting the tone. The Library, opposite, is book-lined and quieter — a large abstract canvas over its own fireplace, an Honesty Bar in the corner — and doubles as the hotel's breakfast and afternoon-tea room.

Both spaces are described by the hotel as suited to smaller-scale private events: drinks receptions, showers, small dinners. Neither publishes a capacity, and the hotel carries no separate restaurant, bar or ballroom — this is a two-room townhouse offer, not a buyout venue.
