Home House Studio occupies a run of Grade II-listed Georgian townhouses on Great Cumberland Place, a minute from Marble Arch. It opened in April 2019 as Home Grown, a club for founders, investors and operators, and in February 2026 the Home House Collection folded it into its own name: the Portman Square house keeps the social and cultural programme, while the Studio takes the working one. The two are a short walk apart and members move between them.
The event floors are the reason to know it. The Montagu Room is the largest, a panelled room with its own bar, hardwood floors and integrated presentation technology, and it takes 125 standing. Below that sit the Portman Room with its private lounge, the Seymour Room around a fireplace, Acquire, and the Endeavour and Enterprise pair, all Georgian in proportion and comfortable at the scale most private dinners actually run. The Salon and Secret Salon handle drinks for up to seventy.
Hire runs through the events team, and members can host guests across the house. Thirty-five bedrooms upstairs mean a party does not have to end with a taxi.

The Montagu Room
PrivateThe largest room in the house, panelled and hardwood-floored with its own bar and integrated presentation technology. It runs as a drinks reception, a dinner in rounds, cabaret or theatre, and holds the club's late licence.
The Salon & Secret Salon
PrivateConnected lounges with tall windows, deep seating and period detail, used for drinks receptions of up to seventy. The Secret Salon behind it works for a smaller, quieter gathering.
The Portman Room
PrivateA yellow-walled dining room hung with portraits, with a fireplace and its own small private lounge attached. The house's most-used room for a seated dinner.
Acquire
PrivateA flexible room that opens up with the Montagu Room for a larger event, or stands alone for a smaller one.
The Endeavour & The Enterprise
PrivateTwo adjoining rooms lined with antique map panels, each with video conferencing and a ping-pong table, taken singly or together.
The Seymour Room
PrivateA calm blue-green room with a fireplace, gilt mirror and good natural light, set for a boardroom or a small private dinner.
