/ About

Georgie's Bar opened on 5 September 2026, when Tom Kerridge split his eight-year-old Corinthia London restaurant in two and gave the larger half to the bar. Kerridge's now sits behind a velvet partition in a concealed 57-cover dining room, while Georgie's takes the prominent position at the front with banquettes, bar stools and small tables. The name is the chef's boxer dog, whose paw print was left in the wet concrete while the kitchen floor was being laid at The Hand & Flowers in Marlow, and which has followed the business ever since.

Navy and warm gold distinguish the bar from the restaurant it came out of, set against antique brass, dark timber and marble under low lighting. The art is a real hang rather than decoration: work by Beth Cullen-Kerridge and by artists represented by West Contemporary, plus mixed-media tabletops by Robi Walters made from collected menus. Cullen-Kerridge's 'Steve', a full-size bronze of a man in a suit that stood in the dining room for eight years, has moved across into the bar.

The drinks list is deliberately concise and led by Georgie's Martini Club, four Martinis poured straight from the freezer, with the classics behind them and Rebellion ales on draught from the Marlow brewery Kerridge's pubs have long used. Bar food runs from pork scratchings and buttermilk fried chicken to a cheeseburger with BBQ brisket. A DJ and a curated playlist take Saturday evenings. There is no published hire product yet; private use is arranged through the Corinthia events team.
