The Afronauts

Ryan Calais Cameron’s The Afronauts runs at the Royal Court from Saturday 14 November to Saturday 19 December 2026, co-directed by the writer with Monique Touko. Zambia, 1964: as the world’s great powers set out for the moon, the space race acquires a new contender. Five weeks carries the Royal Court to the Saturday before Christmas, overlapping Monument in December.
