Blood of my Blood

Joy Nesbitt’s Blood of my Blood runs at the Royal Court from Thursday 1 October to Saturday 7 November 2026, directed by Tatenda Shamiso. It is set on a South Carolina plantation in 1862, with war raging beyond it and Ginnie Good raising five children inside it. The play runs alongside Man to Man for three weeks before that production closes. It is a new play, which is what the Royal Court exists to stage.
