Niall Horan brings Dinner Party Live on Tour to The O2 arena on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October 2026, with Flowerovlove in support.
Niall Horan was born in Mullingar in 1993 and was sixteen when he auditioned for a television talent show and was put into a band with four strangers. One Direction made five albums in five years and then stopped, and of the five members he is the one who went the least starry way about the aftermath: three solo records — Flicker in 2017, Heartbreak Weather in 2020, The Show in 2023 — written mostly on an acoustic guitar, sold in numbers that put his career past ninety million records, and a parallel life as a coach on a singing show and an unembarrassed golf obsessive.
Dinner Party is the fourth, and the tour is named after it. The songwriting has moved further towards the soft-rock and folk-pop end he has always leaned on, the register that suits a voice built for melody rather than for power. Flicker went to number one in the United States and at home in Ireland, and Heartbreak Weather topped the British album chart three years later, which is a solo record most members of a dissolved boy band never get.
He plays The O2 arena on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October 2026 with Flowerovlove opening. It is a return to the room after a single night there in September 2024, and two nights is the measure of what has changed in between.
