Nine albums and more than thirty million records into a three-decade career, Muse return to The O2 arena touring The Wow Signal.
Muse return to The O2 arena for two nights, Sunday 15 and Monday 16 November 2026, touring The Wow Signal, a stadium-scale band choosing the smaller room for once.
Muse formed in Teignmouth in 1994, three teenagers from a Devon seaside town with nothing to do, and have been the same three ever since: Matt Bellamy singing and playing guitar, Chris Wolstenholme on bass, Dominic Howard on drums. Showbiz and Origin of Symmetry established the sound at the turn of the century, falsetto, distortion and a piano technique borrowed from Rachmaninov. Absolution, in 2003, was the first of seven consecutive UK number-one albums, and Black Holes and Revelations in 2006 turned them into a stadium band.
Nine albums and more than 30 million records sold, the subject matter is still conspiracy, surveillance and apocalypse, the arrangements keep getting larger, and the live production has always been the point rather than the packaging. The Resistance in 2009 and Drones in 2015, their seventh album, both took the Grammy for best rock album, and the three-piece line-up has not changed since 1994.
The Wow Signal is the tenth album, released on 26 June 2026 and trailed by Nightshift Superstar. Special guests are still unnamed two months out, and an arena is the smaller room for a band that has spent a decade filling stadiums.
