Jamie Cullum plays four shows with his big band at Blue Note London on 28 and 29 September 2026, previewing his tenth album. All four have sold out.
Jamie Cullum is a pianist who performs like a frontman, standing on the instrument, taking standards at the tempo of a rock band and moving between the songbook and a pop cover without announcing the join. He made his first record independently and was twenty-four when the second one made him the only British jazz musician most of the country could name. Two decades, ten studio albums and a long-running radio show later he is still that, and the playing has never lost its willingness to fall apart.
The rooms he plays now are the measure of it: he takes the Royal Albert Hall for two nights in December with the same big band behind him. A room of this size is not where an artist at that level normally works, which is exactly the point of this booking. Blue Note opened its first London club on St Martin’s Lane in September 2026, and the same opening season carries Robert Glasper, Yussef Dayes, Nubya Garcia and Erykah Badu.
