D-Block Europe are Adam Williams and Ricky Banton, who rap as Young Adz and Dirtbike LB and grew up in Lewisham. Williams began making music in 2010, and in 2013 Jadakiss heard him, flew to London and opened a European arm of his D-Block label around the pair, which is where the name comes from. They then spent six years releasing mixtapes, among them Home Alone, PTSD and Street Trauma, before putting out a studio album at all, and the audience they built over those tapes is the one that has carried every release since.

The Blue Print: Us vs. Them reached number two in Britain in October 2020, and Lap 5 matched it two years later. DBE World went to number six in 2023 and made them the rap act with the most top-ten albums in British chart history, their seventh. The singles have run higher than the profile suggests: Overseas with Central Cee to number six, Pakistan to number eight, and Rocket Science with Clavish to number nine.

They return to The O2 arena on Wednesday 28 October 2026, with French Montana as special guest. It is a return to the arena rather than a first booking there. D-Block Records is a New York label, and the only branch of it outside America is the one Jadakiss built around two rappers from Lewisham.
