/ About
MIKO Mei Fair occupies the ground floor of the Georgian townhouse on Curzon Street that houses MiMi Mei Fair, in Mayfair. It opened in April 2026 as the newest restaurant from Samyukta Nair's LSL Capital, the group behind Jamavar and Bombay Bustle, and carries forward the Thai cooking of the former KOYN Thai under head chef Soonthorn Apaipat.
The kitchen is built around a robata grill, and the menu travels from the punchy flavours of Isaan to the richer dishes of southern Thailand. A Penang curry made with MiMi's apple wood-roasted duck sits alongside black pepper squid and lamb massaman. The 50-seat room is finished in teal timber panelling, red leather booths and brass, with gold-leaf lotus detailing throughout.
Two spaces take private gatherings. The Peacock Room seats up to eight behind folding timber screens, wrapped in hand-painted chinoiserie wallpaper and peacock motifs. The Drawing Room seats up to twenty-two, a semi-private setting of warm fabrics and softer lighting within the townhouse. The restaurant is also available for exclusive hire.
