/ About

180 House sits at the top of 180 Strand, the Brutalist slab Sir Frederick Gibberd designed in the 1970s and which now holds galleries, studios and this Soho House. The club opened in 2021 across two members' floors, with a restaurant and two bars dressed in period colour, a gym, and a rooftop pool that looks south over the Thames to Parliament and the London Eye.

Events run on two levels. The ninth floor is the party floor: the 270 area takes 150 for a reception or 60 for dinner, the open-air South Terrace holds 40 for drinks, and the whole floor can be given over to a brand for as many as 250. Down on the first floor the offer is different: twelve rooms across more than 5,000 square feet, from a five-seat sitting room to apartments, a kitchen and two courtyards that combine into one free-flowing space for up to 200.

The distinction that matters is who can book. The first-floor rooms are let to members and non-members alike, individually or as a whole-floor takeover. The House's own spaces on the ninth floor are booked through a Soho House member. Both come with in-house catering, a bar and a sound system, and both are enquiry-led.
