O2 Silver Clef Awards 2026

Thursday, 9 July 2026 Royal Albert Hall · South Kensington

The O2 Silver Clef Awards marked fifty years of raising money for music therapy with a first evening at the Royal Albert Hall in 2026, where P!NK took the headline award.

P!NK took the O2 Silver Clef Award at the Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington on Thursday 9 July 2026. Nordoff and Robbins held the awards there for the first time, in their fiftieth year.

The charity’s method dates from 1959, when the American composer Paul Nordoff and the British special education teacher Clive Robbins began making music with isolated children in Stourbridge. Nordoff and Robbins became a charity in 1976, and Twiggy gave the first Silver Clef to The Who that year.

The awards have raised more than £17 million since. In 2025 the charity supported 15,500 people through 48,000 music therapy sessions. The Hall named Nordoff and Robbins its official charity partner for 2026.

Edith Bowman hosted. Barrie and Jenny Marshall of Marshall Arts, P!NK’s promoters for 25 years, presented her award. Lily Allen received the Icon Award, Jessie J Outstanding Achievement and Melanie C the Global Impact Award.

Mark Knopfler gave Best Live Act to Sam Fender, and Andy Burnham gave the Legend Award to James. Rachel Chinouriri took Best New Music from the principal of the BRIT School, where she studied. The night raised £780,000 and counting.
