David Hockney’s A Year in Normandie and Some Other Thoughts about Painting runs at Serpentine North from Thursday 12 March to Sunday 23 August 2026. The Serpentine describes it as an invitation to slow down and notice the extraordinary within the everyday, and it is Hockney’s first exhibition at the gallery. Admission is free, as it is across the Serpentine’s programme, and the show closes at the end of August.
