Angela Hewitt and the Dunedin Consort

Angela Hewitt returns to the fortepiano at Wigmore Hall on Wednesday 16 September 2026, joined by members of the Dunedin Consort. The programme opens with Haydn’s Symphony No. 6 in D, ‘Le matin’, and CPE Bach’s Keyboard Concerto in C; after the interval come Marianne Martínez’s Sinfonie in C and Mozart’s Keyboard Concerto No. 14 in E flat. Two hours with an interval, tickets from £18. Hewitt gave her first UK performance on fortepiano in this hall in 2024, which makes the instrument itself the reason to take the evening rather than the repertoire.
